1. Subject
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the adrgallery.com website between ADR GALLERY and any person making a purchase on the site.
Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Products
ADR GALLERY offers posters, art prints, and printed works, framed or unframed, among other items.
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page before ordering.
Products may be made to order after the order has been confirmed.
Colors and appearance may vary slightly between the screen and the printed product due to display settings and printing processes.
3. Artists and copyright
ADR GALLERY presents works created by various artists.
Each artist retains their rights to their creations according to the terms agreed upon with ADR GALLERY.
The purchase of a print or poster does not transfer any copyright to the original work.
Any reproduction or commercial exploitation of the purchased work remains prohibited without authorization from the artist or the rights holder.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes where VAT is applicable.
Delivery costs are indicated before the final confirmation of the order.
ADR GALLERY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
5. Order
The customer selects the products they wish to order and confirms their cart.
Before payment, a summary of the order allows them to check the products, quantities, prices, delivery charges, and delivery information.
The order becomes final after the payment is validated.
ADR GALLERY sends the customer an order confirmation electronically.
6. Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering using the payment solutions offered on the site.
Payment information is processed by the secure payment providers used by ADR GALLERY.
ADR GALLERY does not store full credit card details when these are processed directly by the payment provider.
7. Manufacturing and delivery
Products made to order are put into production after the order is confirmed.
Manufacturing and delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination country, carrier, and production or shipping circumstances.
The order is delivered to the address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address attributable to the customer, any potential additional reshipping costs may be charged to them.
8. Delivery delay or issue
In the event of a delay or delivery issue, the customer may contact ADR GALLERY so that an investigation can be carried out with the relevant carrier or service provider.
ADR GALLERY will take the necessary steps to find an appropriate solution.
Consumer rights provided for by the applicable regulations regarding delivery and non-conformity remain fully applicable.
9. Damaged or non-conforming products
If the product received is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not correspond to the order, the customer is invited to contact ADR GALLERY as soon as possible, providing photographs of the product and its packaging whenever possible.
After verification, ADR GALLERY may propose, depending on the situation and applicable rights, a replacement, repair, or refund.
This procedure does not limit the legal warranties to which the consumer is entitled.
10. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with regulations applicable to distance selling, the consumer generally has a period of fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, this right may be excluded in cases provided for by law, in particular for certain goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
When an exception to the right of withdrawal applies to a product, this information is communicated to the consumer before the sale is concluded.
When the right of withdrawal applies, its terms of exercise are specified in the refund policy and the information provided to the customer.
11. Legal Guarantees
Products sold by ADR GALLERY are covered by the applicable legal guarantees, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by French regulations.
These guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee offered by ADR GALLERY.

The purchase of a product does not confer any right to reproduce or exploit the work.

16. Governing law
These GCS are subject to French law.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the consumer's country of residence remain applicable when provided for by regulation.
